This website presents CTRL+ services and offerings. We make every effort to deliver accurate and verified information. If you spot a typo or inaccurate information, please let us know via the contact form.

Any abuse of access or use of the site, or any use other than its intended purpose, is prohibited. Compromising the integrity of the server or interfering with its operation is also prohibited.

Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or fortuitous events / force majeure recognised by French case law.

Intellectual property

The site and all of its content are protected by intellectual property rights for the benefit of CTRL+. Any total or partial copy, reproduction, extraction or distribution of the site or its elements is prohibited without prior written agreement. Failure to comply engages the offender's civil and criminal liability.

Visual credits

All photographs, images, illustrations and videos on the site are the exclusive property of CTRL+, unless otherwise indicated.

Personal data

CTRL+ undertakes to ensure the collection and processing of personal data complies with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.

Contact form

Data collected via the contact form (name, email, company, need, message) is processed in order to handle requests for quotes or information. The legal basis is the user's consent, expressed by submitting the form.

Recipients are CTRL+, its staff, and any person authorised to handle the request. Some technical subprocessors used by CTRL+ may be located outside the European Union, in which case data transfers may occur and are framed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

Personal data collected is retained for 3 years from the date of collection, or until a deletion request is made.

This site is governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bernay (France) for legal entities, or the defendant's domicile for natural persons.
