Data controller
The controller of the data collected on this website is CTRLPLUS S.A.S, 8 rue des Vosges, 27500 Pont-Audemer, France — SIREN 908 584 550. Any request regarding your data can be sent through the contact form.
Audience measurement: Plausible
This website uses Plausible Analytics to measure traffic in a privacy-respectful way. Plausible is published by Plausible Insights OÜ (a Polish company) and hosted exclusively in the European Union (Hetzner (Falkenstein), Germany). No data is transferred outside the EU.
This solution is on the CNIL's list of audience-measurement tools exempted from consent, provided it is configured accordingly. Our configuration meets these requirements:
- no cross-referencing with other processing (no advertising profiling, no retargeting);
- no data sharing with third parties;
- IP addresses anonymised before storage;
- visitor identifier based on a daily-rotating hash, with no persistent tracking cookie.
This is why this site does not display a consent banner: the audience measurement performed here is not legally subject to your consent.
Data collected
The only data recorded by Plausible is:
- the URL of the visited page and the referring page;
- the time of the visit;
- geographic area (country, sometimes city) inferred from the IP, which is then anonymised;
- device type, browser, operating system and screen resolution;
- browser language.
No personal data (name, email, account ID) is associated with these statistics.
Purposes of processing
This data is used solely to measure traffic, understand how the site is used and improve its operation. It is never used for advertising, prospecting or building user profiles.
Legal basis
Processing is based on CTRLPLUS's legitimate interest in measuring the performance of its website, under Article 6.1.f of the GDPR, within the scope of the consent exemption granted by the CNIL for strictly necessary audience-measurement tools.
Retention period
Audience-measurement data is kept for a maximum of 13 months from collection, in line with CNIL recommendations. Beyond that, it is automatically deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Cookies
This site only sets the following cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies for the site to operate (language preference, security). They do not require consent.
- No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
- Plausible, in its CNIL-exempt configuration, does not use a persistent identifying cookie; a daily-rotating hash is used instead.
Contact form
Data collected via the contact form (name, email, company, message) is processed on the basis of your consent — expressed by submitting the form — for the sole purpose of replying to your request. It is kept for up to 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and obtain portability of your personal data at any time. You can exercise these rights through the contact form.
You can also opt out of Plausible audience measurement at any time by enabling your browser's Do Not Track setting, which we honour.
To file a complaint, you can contact the French data protection authority: cnil.fr/en/plaintes.
