CTRL+ optical metrology turns sand control QC from sample-based paper certificates into 100 % slot-by-slot verifiable inspection — at the production line and at incoming-audit reception.
Each sand control screen is scanned end to end with an optical head — no contact, no operator-induced drift. Every slot is captured at 5-15 µm resolution. The instrument computes per-slot width, axial drift across the joint, edge defects and obstructions. A statistical distribution is built (D50, D90, σ) and compared to the screen spec. The result is exported as a PDF certificate aligned with ISO 17824 and a machine-readable CSV that operators integrate into their QC file.
